The Composition Of Think Tank Knowledge Management Capabilities And Its Current Status Survey

Knowledge explosion is the theme of today's era,and using the power of knowledge to improve the economic benefits of organizations and realize personal life value has become the most fundamental goal of think tanks.With the increasingly fierce market competition and the rapid development of information science and technology,the knowledge connotation of think tank institutions will become more and more profound.this kind of organization is different from traditional economic and social organizations,and it depends more on the power of knowledge.In fact,think-tank institutions are not as creative as imagined in the extensive practice process,and of course,their functions are very limited.The development of think tank institutions is complementary to the development of artificial intelligence.At present,the improvement of the comprehensive quality of think tank staff depends largely on the enhancement of the knowledge management ability of think tanks,which is also the important basis of the reform of think tanks.By perfecting and improving the knowledge management ability of think tanks,the learning ability and knowledge level of think tank staff will be greatly improved,which is very necessary for the long-term development of think tank institutions.In the future,the development of think-tank institutions will more reflect intelligence and informatization.However,there are many shortcomings in the practice of knowledge management of think tanks,among which the reason is that the staff of think tanks have not set up a strong awareness of knowledge management and ignored the practical value and practical significance of think tanks.Problems existing in knowledge management practice of think tanks,influencing factors of knowledge management practice and ways to improve knowledge management ability need to be solved urgently.This article takes the think tank as the research object to investigate and explore the above problems.First of all,through the analysis and classification of think-tank knowledge and the analysis of knowledge management practice activities,the model of think-tank knowledge management ability is built,and the constituent elements,classification and definition,characteristics of think-tank knowledge management ability are analyzed in depth.Secondly,on this basis,the questionnaire is designed to investigate the knowledge management ability of think tanks,and the survey results are statistically analyzed to find out the main problems existing in the development of knowledge management ability of think tanks.Finally,combining with the main problems found in the investigation results in the development of knowledge management ability of think tanks,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions on the development of knowledge management ability of think tanks.
