Study On The Emergency Logistics System Of Enterprise

The modern enterprise's living environment is complicated and diversified, moreover this kind of change presents the obvious acceleration tendency. The enterprise external environment and the internal environment change makes various types of emergencies occur frequently, disturbs the enterprise normal production and operating activities inevitably, and has had the massive emergency logistics demand. As we all know, logistics is the lifeblood of enterprises. Only if these demands are met in the first time, with the quickest procedure and by the safest way, can the losses be minimized. So there is a high request for logistics of emergent supply. Therefore, the research on emergency logistics system is of great realistic signification.At present, the study on emergency logistics of enterprise is still in its infancy, and less research. In view of this present situation, taking emergency logistics system for enterprise as research object, coordinating with theories on modern logistics and emergency management, several critical problems: emergency logistics system, emergency logistics plans management, emergency supplier valuation and selection have been studied. The main content of this dissertation is as follows:Beginning with the base theory of studying emergency logistics system, the paper introduces emergency management theory and modern logistics theory, including their concepts, characteristics and etc, it lays basis for further research. Then, taking emergency logistics system for enterprise as research object, the paper expounds the concept and characteristics of emergency logistics, and discusses the organization and function of emergency logistics system. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the content of emergency logistics plans management, and makes the decision—mode based on the emergency plans. This is one of the most important content in the emergency logistics system. Finally, this paper conducted the research on how to valuate and select the emergency supplier. In order to improve the objectivity and scientific of the emergency supplier comprehensive evaluation, this paper combined subjective weighting method and objective weighting method and established the optimization model. By solving the optimization model to determine the weight value of each index of emergency supplier comprehensive evaluation. And this make the evaluation result more objective, perfect and in line with reality.
