Study About Emergency Plan System Of ZZ Bank On Significant Business Interruption

As the hub of modern economy,the bank is closely linked with all aspects of economy and society,and the operation of the banking industry has strong overall,policy and permeability.Once the emergency of a bank is mismanaged,the business interruption not only will spread throughout the banking industry and cause the financial crisis,which seriously affects social stability and economic development,but also will bring great loss to the domestic wealth.Meanwhile,as a kind of special enterprise operating money,the risk of commercial banks is endogenous.Compared to other industries,banks require higher requirement of security for business operations and management.With the development of technology,centralized management of business data and application cause financial institutions have to face the risk of more focused,more destructive.The impact of emergency and its disastrous consequences will growing influence the survival and development of financial institutions.As a city commercial bank in Central China,the ZZ Bank's asset scale and business is continually improving in recent years,which could push it into a rapidly development stage.Nevertheless,the status quo of emergency management does not match the company development.Since the increasingly complex of internal and external environment,it is a significant problem that how to build a set of a comparatively complete and comprehensive emergency plan system to achieve the dynamic management.The purpose of this paper is to establish the emergency plan system to make the ZZ bank's system run efficiently.Based on extensive reading relevant literature and relevant regulations,the paper analyzes the problems by combining the development orientation and development demand of ZZ Bank.These problems are existed in the current emergency management of the bank,such as imperfections of emergency organization,absence of emergency management,urgent to improve emergency plans,necessary to enhance emergency exercises.The paper clarifies the principles that the contingency plan system should follow,including the stability of the system,scientific method,the coherence of the organization and process,oneness,hierarchy and dynamicity of management.Moreover,this paper would suggest the improvement of emergency plan system of ZZ bank countermeasures from four aspects,including clearing emergency management object through Business Impact Analysis,Laying the foundation for emergency planning through Risk Assessment,establishing the classification framework of emergency plans,enhancing the completeness of emergency plan.Furthermore,three measures are put forward as well as to ensure the efficient operation of emergency plan system,consisting of improving the emergency management mechanism,optimizing the management process of emergency plans,and deepening the management of emergency drills.Currently,the research on emergency management mainly focuses on public administration and the industrial production safety,but few studies concentrate on the financial institutions'.Aiming at the problems and deficiency of the emergency management,this paper tend to take counter measures to improve the emergency plan system and make it run efficiently,which could have some reference value for small and medium-sized commercial banks improving emergency management and emergency response system.In addition,in view of some subjective and objective factors,there are some problems in this study,such as the conclusion necessary to be verified and the internal data not enough in the process of the Risk Assessment.Z bank needs to sum up,update the emergency plan system and establish internal and external event case library to enhance the scientific and rationality of the emergency plan system,so as to ensure the efficient operation of the emergency plan system.
