Lenovo mobile phone business has achieved achievement and market performance in the recent years.At the end of 2013,Lenovo mobile phone global market share ranks fourth,and the domestic market share ranks second.In Jan.2014 Lenovo bought Motorola mobile phone business.However,after the realization of scale layout,Lenovo now in the furious competition of mobile internet terminal market.How to maintain rapid growth in the market share and at the same time to create high revenue and high profit is the current biggest problem.This paper's research object is Lenovo Mobile phone business.Combined with the market background and development trend of the mobile internet terminal.Firstly use the PEST analysis method and the Potter five forces model to analysis the current mobile phone market competition environment and the development trend.Then use the SWOT analysis method to analysis internal competition advantage of Lenovo mobile phone business and weakness,opportunity and threat.Finally,provide some suggestions to Lenovo mobile phone business development strategy,including making full use of traditional manufacturing and channel advantage to steady develop mobile Internet business;making use of the deal Motorola mobile phone business opportunities to create international brand;making use of product advantages to continuously improve product integration and improve innovation ability;layout of 5G generation.
