CCW Research pointed out that the recent 5 years,the new cloud IT products market size of the annual growth rate will exceed 40%.For the traditional IT enterprises,the popularity of cloud computing technology is a huge opportunity and challenge.The concept and scope of cloud computing technology have not been clear until now.But it is undeniable that cloud computing is a new trend of IT industry.In other words,cloud computing technology will be the lifeblood of the future IT enterprises.The technological change of time and time has brought endless cloud computing products,from the basic IT equipment to the network communication equipment.In view of this new product,how to effectively and reasonably marketing is a major problem facing today's cloud computing enterprises.The H company is a network communication equipment service provider,which has been developing new IT infrastructure products.The H company has always been a global leader in the global IP field,so it has a deep accumulation of related product research and development and services at the core of IT technology.As an expert in the field of IP,The H company responds to this market trend firstly.As early as 2012,it began to develop a series of cloud computing network communication products with independent property rights,and gradually promoted to the market in 2013.In 2016,The H company's revenue of cloud computing products was over 400 million yuan.The H company is expected to maintain its own pace of development and strive to lead the domestic market.Therefore,the research of cloud computing product marketing strategy is very important for the H company.After continuous market testing,the H company's cloud computing product marketing strategy is becoming more and more perfect,which has great research value and is also an important reference for the same industry.This paper analyzes the marketing strategy of the H company's cloud computing products.First,it summarizes the classification and market structure of the H company's cloud computing products,and makes a deep analysis on the customer distribution of the H company.Through the H company's internal data,network data and interview data,the export of the H Company cloud computing product marketing strategy is analyzed in detail.Secondly,it compares some other companies in the same industry,outputs the SWOT matrix,and summarizes the advantages and problems of the H company in product and marketing.Finally,according to the current marketing strategy of the H company's cloud computing products,it puts forward the suggestion of feasibility improvement,and directing the layout and marketing of the follow-up cloud computing products of the H company.
