China has become the second largest economy in the world.The rapid development and growth of private enterprises have played an important role in China's economic development.In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the international and domestic industry,China's private entrepreneurs have gradually realized the importance of human resources,has taken the strategy of human resources management into the core strategy,how to let employees in such a resources diversification,diversification,information digitization and networking,fragmentation of efficient work in the society,improve enterprise competitiveness and efficiency,continuous optimization design and running of the "incentives" will play a key role.Taking ZY company as the research object,in order to optimize the incentive mechanism of ZY company design as the subject,through the ZY company employees demand and analyzing the present situation and problems of incentive mechanism,to build and run the status quo of incentive mechanism for diagnosis,find out the core factors of incentive effect,and combining the theory of maslow's hierarchy of needs,herzberg's two-factor theory,viktor frum expectations and incentive theory,people-oriented,from man's property category and material and non-material incentives,different dimension and Angle,to the principles of openness,fairness,impartiality and lead standard,Take a variety of incentives targeted optimization design,build and run through in ZY company a set of "staff have demand-incentive means-effect assessment results have feedback-mechanism to optimize" incentive circulation mode,constantly improve the ZY company staffs work enthusiasm,thus improve individual and organizational performance,and also for other small and medium-sized private enterprises incentive mechanism construction and operation to provide the reference.This paper is divided into six chapters:first chapter is introduction,in the current economic climate is expounded in this paper,the selected topic background and research significance,at home and abroad,such as the hierarchy of needs at the same time,double factors,and the theory of expectancy theory and goal setting on comprehensive and introduce the status quo of incentive theory,combining the current situation of small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country determines the research contents,ideas and methods;In the second part,the basic theories are summarized,and the concepts and functions of motivation and incentive mechanism are expounded to lay a theoretical foundation for the design of incentive mechanism.The third part through to the ZY company development,human resource,organization structure,control mode,operation mode and the relevant analysis of the present situation and problems of incentive mechanism,and the methods of questionnaire,interview survey to understand the current ZY company staff awareness of incentive and evaluating and analyzing the role of incentive mechanism and from fairness,measurable,enforceability,uniformity and stability of the company's material incentive and non-material incentive analysis,find out the core factors that affect enterprise incentive effect;In the fourth part,the incentive mechanism of the company is designed based on the needs of employees,combining the current situation and relevant theories of the company.The fifth part explains the steps of the implementation of the incentive mechanism and the possible problems and countermeasures.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.
