The research of Incentive System for Sales Staff in HD International freight China HD International freight Co.Ltd has developed as a integration company combining booking,trailers,builtin and customs declaration and has its own warehouse and trailer team. Faced with the intense and complicated competition situation,incentive sales staff to work hard to improve their performance is the present goal of the company.Sales staff incentive mechanism directly affects the performance of the sales staff and the whole company.The main purpose of this study is to enrich and develop incentive system of different sales staff,at the meanwhile,we hope this paper can help HD Co.Ltd change the situation and levels of sales overall quality. The subject of study is the sales staff incentive mechanism of HD company.We found out the problems and the causes of those problems through interviews and surveys. On this basis,we analyze the model of incentive mechanism and provide the suggestion about design principles to improve contents and protection of incentive mechanism. The updated incentive mechanism included compensation and benefits, company culture,building a career platform for employees.Through summary of the study, we should consider the implementation of the principle of fairness and equitability,Goal consensus principle,Material incentive with spiritual motivation,difference principle and so on to build the sales staff incentives to comply with the actual incentive situation of HD Company.
