| With the rapid development of China's insurance industry,the insurance industry has accumulated funds increased year by year,some insurance investment chaos began to appear,such as venture capital frequently placards listed companies,increasing investment risk has also become the capital market "barbarians",therefore,insurance funds need a long-term,stable and safe asset investment assets,to match the end of insurance funds and the liability side,reduce the investment of insurance funds risk,and improve the level of investment income of insurance funds.The subway type city rail traffic characteristics of the demand for funds,long construction period,long payback period,investment income is generally stable,and the insurance funds,long-term stability,fund size characteristics can achieve good matching,has a natural meeting point between the two.At the same time,the Insurance Regulatory Commission issued the "insurance fund indirect investment infrastructure project management measures" in June 2016,encouraging insurance funds to invest in infrastructure projects,but required strict control of its investment risk.In this paper,the risk management of insurance funds investment in the subway project as the research subject,firstly introduces the main characteristics of insurance funds and risk management objectives,on the other hand,introduces the main characteristics of subway construction industry,secondly from the two points,analyzes the mutual correspondence between the insurance fund and the subway construction,after focusing on the analysis of the main the risk of insurance funds investment projects of the subway and the general risk management measures,then focuses on the investment of insurance funds,a B S line of the subway case examples,and detailed analysis of the actual case in the insurance enterprise is how to reveal and prevent risks,finally the conclusion of the paper is summarized and analyzed for the rise of infrastructure project reference. |
