With the rise of sharing economy under the development of Internet,it can effectively solve the large amount of idle resources generated by excessive consumption,which is conducive to the development of sustainable development and circular economy.In the sharing economy,the development of online shared homestay is increasingly popular among tourists.A large number of people browse through the online short rental platform for house booking,so as to achieve their own experiential satisfaction.However,it remains elusive how to improve the satisfaction of consumers in the perspective of visual preference to make the homestay more popular and improve the occupancy rate,favorable rate and return rate.This paper will focus on this series of issues.Based on a large number of scholars' research results of the satisfaction model and the prediction results on visual preference,we construct a linkage model of visual preference and satisfaction.Based on the empirical analysis,we first introduce the images of shared homestay in the eye movement instrument experiment,and use the cognitive psychology eye tracking instrument to study the online reservation visual preference of the college students.It is found that the participants almost hold the same concern on the surrounding environment in homestay with different prices.Visual preference differs significantly among men and women,and it is particularly evident in the sharing of residential quarters at low prices.There is a certain gender visual preference difference at the medium and high price.According to the analysis of eye-movement index in the interest area of residential areas at different price,there is a difference in visual preference between different groups.Secondly,based on grounded theory research methodology and analysis of the“Xiao Zhu” guest comments,the study builds the conceptual model consisting of five dimensions "preparation before check in,homestay core experience,supporting service experience,personalized service experience,evaluation after leaving".Further analysis is conducted on the advantages of shared homestay,the influence factors ofcore satisfaction and the influence factors of guest satisfaction with different accommodation purposes.The study also verifies whether online booking visual preferences obtained from the eye movement instrument experiment act as the influence factors of guest satisfaction,thus providing theoretical guidance for the healthy development of China's shared homestay market.Finally,the study explores the intrinsic relationship between visual preference and satisfaction,and discusses how to improve the satisfaction of consumers and gives reasonable suggestions from the perspective of visual preference.
