In the context of comprehensively strengthening Party Discipline,anti-corruption work has entered a stage of deep reform.As the main force of the anti-corruption work of the customs system,the deficiencies in the organizational structure of the Customs' disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies directly under the customs are increasingly apparent.To improve the effectiveness of the anti-corruption work of the Customs,it is particularly important to further improve the organizational structure of the disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies directly under the Customs.This article selects Nanjing Customs as the research object,through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods,conducts in-depth research on the status quo of the organizational structure of Nanjing Customs disciplinary inspection and supervision agencies,and sorts out and summarizes the current problems of the Nanjing Customs disciplinary inspection and supervision agency:First,the hierarchy In the aspect of structure setting,there are problems such as unreasonable operation level setting,and the overall management efficiency caused by departmentalism;secondly,problems such as the amplitude structure setting,the unreasonable range of organization and grassroots management,the unreasonable age structure,and unreasonable working years;Thirdly,there are problems with the establishment of power structure,such as long leadership,unreasonable centralization,and limitations in terms of authority.Fourth,there are issues such as the structure of duties,the lack of clear responsibilities,the confusion between the main responsibility and responsibility for supervision,and the lack of a unified and standardized process.This article proposes how to optimize the organizational structure of the Nanjing Customs disciplinary inspection and supervision agency and improve the effectiveness of anti-corruption work.First,the establishment of hierarchical structures,the improvement of the operational layer,the exploration of the implementation of the renewal of the special commissariat group and the disciplinary inspection and supervision institutions at the grassroots level.Reforms,innovate the supervision model,and break departmentalism;secondly,set up the amplitude structure,reasonably set the management margin,increase the level of specialization,and strengthen the means of information communication;and thirdly,explore the vertical leadership mechanism,balance centralization and subdivision The degree of power confers more authority;Fourth,it is the responsibility structure,clear responsibilities,a clear division of labor,the formulation of uniform,viable work norms,and improvement of performance evaluation standards.
