With the deepening of economic globalization,in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and adapt to the fierce market competition environment,enterprises not only need to improve their product quality,but also need to optimize their soft power construction.Previous studies have shown that the psychological contract between enterprises and employees is not only the basis for sustained and stable development of enterprises,but also an important part of their core competitiveness.In view of this,this paper will collect the relevant research literature through holistic and systematic analysis,especially on psychological contract,psychological contract breaking and innovation ability.Based on the existing research results,the theoretical framework of this paper is constructed.In this paper,it mainly uses questionnaire and interview.Besides,based on the theory of psychological contract and Theory of psychological contract rupture,and taking the research and development employees as key objects,the paper is going to further anlyze the reasons of Xin Fei Company defeated in Mai Cheng.What is more,the paper will try to reveal the mystery of the Xin Fei Company defeated in Mai Cheng.On this basis,the paper focuses on rebuilding the new psychological contract between the R&D employees and Xin Fei Company.This paper proposes some advices related to Xin Fei Company human resource management for staging a comeback.The conclusion of this paper is as follows:the Xin Fei company misunderstands the management of psychological contract for R&D staffs;the rights and interests of R&D staff can not be guaranteed;it cannot control the cultural conflicts after Hong Leong's takeover;the company cannot pay more attention to innovation ability;the diverse needs of R&D staff cannot be satisfied;lacking of effective internal the communication mechanism,these reasons caused the psychological contract rupture between R & D staff with Xin Fei Company,which leads to Xin Fei Company defeated in Mai Cheng.Finally,based on the reconstruction of the psychological contract of R & D staff,thispaper presents the Xin Fei company's human resources management recommendations for comeback,it mainly has suggestions from four aspects:emphasis on human resources,improvement of ablity about knowledge absorption,establishment of a scientific and effective talent incentive mechanism,enhancement of R&D staff learning and training,and establishment of trusting and shared culture between senior executives and of R&D staff.The paper hopes to provide a theoretical basis for the Xin Fei company to stage a comeback.
