Analysis Of Ternary Concept And Its Application In Cold Chain Logistics Of Fresh Produce

With the improvement of people's quality of life and the change of concept,people's quality requirements for food hygiene and safety are gradually improved,among which the quality of fresh produce is one of the objects that people focus on.As we all know,fresh agricultural products are easy to damage,not easy to store,in storage,transportation and other processes are required to regulate the various factors.Therefore,the whole cold chain,rapid flow,is to ensure that China's fresh agricultural products from the origin to the consumer end of the entire process quality of the most reasonable mode of operation.This paper first analyzes the development status,main problems and major influencing factors of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China.Many data on the production,decay rate,transportation rate and circulation rate of main fresh agricultural products,the distribution and proportion of cold storage,the type structure of cold storage and the quantity of road and railway refrigerated cars are collected,and then the development status of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China are analyzed according to those data to find out the main problems existing in the development of chilled-chain logistics in China.And the main factors affecting the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products are analyzed.Secondly,two kinds of new triadic concepts are defined which are called object-oriented triadic concept and property-oriented triadic concept respectively.The triadic concept analysis is one method of data processing and analysis for the three-dimensional tables,which considers that an object has an attribute under which conditions.In this paper,by use of the idea of the upper and lower approximation operators of rough sets,possibility operators and certainty operators are defined in a triadic context,and then the properties of two kinds of induced operators are studied.In addition,the object-oriented triadic concept and property-oriented triadic concepts are given by the induced operators,which expand the original triadic concept.Finally,the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products are analyzed based on triadic concept analysis.The specific indexes of influence factor including the temperature,humidity,gas composition and storage period under processing,storage,transportation and marketing of fruit products in the cold chain logistics are given and preprocessing to form four dyadic contexts?or a triadic context?.Then all triadic concepts,object-oriented triadic concepts and property-oriented triadic concepts are generated,and the meanings of those concepts are explained.By using the triadic concept analysis for the cold chain logistics of 15 kinds of fruits,the requirements about five factors such as temperature,humidity,O₂,CO₂ and storage time in processing,storage,transportation and sale of 15kinds of fruits can be more clearly understood.
