With the introduction of the "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Tourism" issued by the State Council and the "Tourism Law",which was formally implemented on October 1,2013,the tourism development momentum has reached an unprecedented height,and the tourism market has been continuously developed.Tourism business management and development strategy has also received more attention.Which small and medium-sized tourism companies have also been rapid development,to meet the increasingly segmented consumer demand,to supplement large-scale tourism companies did not take into account the market,but small and medium-sized tourism companies in the actual operation of the process there are deficiencies in the face of the opportunity But also faces challenges.In this context,this paper attempts to use the enterprise strategic management theory,the tourism company's internal environment and external environment analysis,the establishment of ZX tourism enterprise strategic management model for the company to design strategic development planning.The full text is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,explain the research content and methods of this paper,and the research status at home and abroad.The second part introduces the combing and summarizing the theoretical basis of this research.The third part analyzes the strategic environment of ZX tourism enterprises,In the first place analyzes the internal environment of ZX tourism enterprises,and expounds the general situation of the enterprise,the enterprise ability and the core competitiveness analysis.Secondly analyzes the external environment of ZX tourism enterprises and the external environment of existing competitors,and uses PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model to explore its industry environment.In the end uses the SWOT analysis method to analyze and formulate the development strategy and strategy of the enterprise development strategy.The fourth part analyzes the feasibility of the competitive strategy from the angle of the implementation focus and guarantee of the enterprise development strategy,and develops the company strategy implementation measure.The fifth part elaborates the conclusions and prospects of this study.This research is an applied research.It analyzes the internal and external environment of ZX tourism enterprises from the perspective of corporate strategic research.According to the advantages,disadvantages,threats and opportunities of the company,we can improve the internal structure,optimize the tourism products and improve the human resources Configuration and other measures to develop a tourism company's development strategy for China's strength is not yet complete the development of small and medium-sized tourism companies have reference.
