In today's world economic slowdown,Chinese downtown pressure on the economy still exists in the background,the development of the domestic jewelry industry also is in the "bottom" period,jewelry production and operation of enterprises face severe challenges,poor product sales,high inventory and profit decline situation prevailing in the industry.How to accurately locate the development direction and improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise in the complex economic environment and fierce market competition is the problem that all small and medium-sized jewelry enterprises have to face and think about.S company is a Small and Medium enterprise operating jewelry products,after nearly 7 years of rapid development,the company operating in good condition.But since 2014,affected by the overall downturn in the jewelry industry,S company had problems,customers reduce inventories and business turnover pressure in big business,the company's business development bottleneck and challenges in the development strategy.In this paper,S company as the research object,first of all,a brief introduction to the company,the use of macroeconomic environment analysis tools for the company's macroeconomic environment for PESTEL analysis.At present,the domestic jewelry industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges.On the one hand,the domestic jewelry market has broad prospects for development,at the same time,it is affected by the international and domestic economic environment,and is in a period of relatively slow development.Secondly,analyze the status of competition,industry of S company market development trend;the use of industrial environment analysis tool "Five Forces Model" of S company's competitive environment analysis and evaluation,in order to clear the situation within the company,to provide the basis for the formulation of development strategies.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the internal conditions of S company,including the company's management,financial indicators,organizational structure and technical capabilities.Then,on the basis of SWOT analysis of the internal and external environmental conditions of S company,the paper determines the overall growth strategy and the differentiation strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward some measures to protect the company's development strategy,such as adjusting the organizational structure,excavating the brand value,positioning the product development and improving the marketing system.
