Research On Evaluation Financial Risk Of DY Lease Finance Company

Research on the evaluation of enterprise financial risk is an important topic in the financial field.Enterprise bankruptcy cases occurred frequently,many large companies fall into a financial predicament,it will cause a huge shock on enterprises,even the development of entire national economy.In the complex market environment increasingly,enterprise's financial activities is uncertain,enterprises always facing the threat of financial risks.If enterprise cannot control financial risk appropriately,then who may suffer economic losses,financial crisis,even cause the bankruptcy.This thesis is based on the theory of financial risk,lists the relevant theory on the analysis and control of financial risk in enterprise,and has formed a general understanding of the identification,analysis and control of enterprise financial risk.This thesis takes the DY lease finance company as the research object,introduced the development process of DY company and the present management situation,analyzes the six major financial risk factors of DY company,and makes an in-depth analysis of its causes;and then,base on the research from scholars at home and abroad and the actual situation of the company,initially identified 16 financial indicators which reflect the enterprise's 6 main ability on capital adequacy,asset quality,management,earnings,liquidity and sensitivity to market risk,constructed DY company's financial risk evaluation index system,using AHP principle to get the weight of evaluation indexes at all levels,and apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to comprehensive evaluate the index both qualitative index and quantitative index.so we can know the size of all risks and what is the major risk,what is the secondary risk.Finally,according to the evaluation results,combined with the actual situation of DY company,the paper puts forward the control measures to the financial risk.The purpose of this paper is to help DY lease finance company to realize its own financial risk,to provide the reference for the development of financial risk evaluation and control,and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.
