Based on the theory of demand,The theory of total compensation adds the portion of non-monetary compensation,which can reduce costs and meet higher-level needs of employees to enhance incentive effectiveness.At present,we have insufficient understanding of non-monetary compensation incentives.How to increase the overall salary level by strengthening non-monetary compensation under the condition of limited money has enabled enterprises to reduce the cost burden,revitalize stocks of human resources,and smoothly survive the winter period.This has become a topic of great practical significance.This paper analyzes the current status of non-monetary compensation incentives for grass-roots management and focuses on existing problems,and proposes countermeasures.By using questionnaires,also with the use of interviews,literature research and network search to obtain the data for the study,and based on qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper urges the following strategy: The principles are focus on difference and fairness,guiding demand and creating demand by companies,combining innovation with invariability,combine with currency incentives.The ways to enhance the incentive effect are proposed in five dimensions: work itself,personal growth,sense of achievement,superior relationship,and organizational atmosphere.The safeguard measure is to change management concepts and improve organizational structure.Comprehensively enhance the effect of non-monetary compensation incentives.It is hoped that the thesis will enrich the research objects,and at the same time,make good use of talents to enhance the work enthusiasm of grassroots management personnel,provide methods and ideas,and enable enterprises to maintain their advantages in competition.
