Research On The Development Of Agricultural Modernization In Huzhou

The social economy of human being is advancing step by step.At any time,as the foundation of the national economy,agriculture is the guarantee of production and life.Once agriculture is affected,it will influence the survival and development of the whole human society.It is essential to build a good economic society to deal with issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area.Compared with the developed countries in the world,China is lagging behind in terms of agriculture modernization construction,which hinders the economic growth.China has paid great attention to the agricultural construction,and the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also pointed out that “China will implement the strategy of rural rural revitalization.” The report calls for the construction of a complete and comprehensive structural system and policy guidelines for urban and rural coordination and progress,so as to further accelerate the modernization of agriculture in China.The problem of agriculture,rural area and farmer is the fundamental problem concerning the national economy and the people’s livelihood.Therefore,the research on agricultural modernization is not only of great theoretical significance but also of great practical value.Based on the theoretical research on the agricultural modernization and the typical development mode of agricultural modernization at home and abroad,the paper tries to realize innovation and breakthrough on the basis of focusing on the relevant content of the reports of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party.By describing the specific connotation of the development of agricultural modernization in Huzhou,this paper lists data to analyze the general situation of agricultural production resources in Huzhou from2013 to 2017,its current situation of agricultural production and the achievements of the current agricultural development,summarizes the operation mode,general characteristics and regularity of agricultural modernization in Huzhou,and finds out the shortcomings of the four aspects in the development of agricultural modernization in Huzhou and analyzesthem one by one.In addition,it also searches Chinese and foreign valuable experience of modern agricultural development for reference,shows the different development paths ofdifferent countries,and finds out the available experience.The process of agricultural modernization in Huzhou is integrated,and the path of agricultural development in Huzhou is selected.Finally,it concludes that accelerating the development of agricultural modernization production mode and system,further accelerating the innovation of supply-side structure and promoting the application of popularization of science and technology will greatly promote the process of agricultural modernization.All these are expected to provide reference for Huzhou to develop into a modern ecological lakeshore city in the future.
