With the deepening of the socialist market economy,the traditional performance evaluation system based on financial indicators is gradually presented in the enterprise.At present,a lot of enterprises performance evaluation system in China is still focus on financial indicators,which affect the performance evaluation results accurate and authority.In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise performance evaluation,this method need to change and update.This essay choose X chemical company as the research object,because this company is a large state-owned chemical enterprises in Shannxi Province to have own characteristics,which is borrowed by the chemical industry warming trend of the market and all the way of the planning transformation of the economical development area.X company's existing performance evaluation system has been difficult to satisfy the business enterprise to product transformation,develop the market of strategic target to choose it as the research object.In reference to exist performance evaluation theory and chemical industry in the market based on the background,through in depth analysis of the current performance evaluation system for the posstive effects of X company,using the balanced scorecard as the main model,the study of the system in X company and the new system is put forward.In this paper,the research of the performance evaluation system is summarized,and the research background and current research status are understood.This paper summarized the related theories of enterprise performance evaluation and balanced scorecard,and made theoretical support for the next research.In addition,through the study of the practice investigation and data collection of X company,expounds the existing problems of performance evaluation system of X company,through the X industry company,organizational structure,the existing performance evaluation based on the analysis of the characteristics and the present situation,proposed the introduction of the balanced scorecard this theory,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility;Based on the basic framework of balanced scorecard,this paper puts forward the overall framework and strategic map of X company's performance evaluation.In this framework,combining the business characteristics of X company,we discuss and analyze the enterprise and department level and develop new performance evaluation index system.Then,the index weight is set by the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation criteria and scoring methods are formulated to make the evaluation index more rigorous,clear and quantitative,and enhance the authority of the performance evaluation index.Finally as a case study of the production department and sales department,design the performance evaluation assessment,and the performance evaluation system of X company how to actually run the detailed guidance,and put forward the safeguard measures in the process of practice.
