Securities companies are important participants in China's financial market.The improvement of the competitiveness of securities companies is conducive to the sustainable development of China's financial market.The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee decided to strengthen the construction of the basic system of the capital market as one of the important contents of the national governance system and the modernization of capacity,which put forward higher requirements for the strategic development of securities companies.Therefore,under the background of increasingly fierce competition in the financial industry,securities companies,especially state-owned holdings,have begun to pay attention to the strategic execution efficiency of talents,so that securities companies stand out in the industry.At present,the performance evaluation of the securities and financial industry focuses on a single financial data index,which fails to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees.There is a certain gap from the original intention of the evaluation,and it is disconnected from the company's strategic goals to achieve the evaluation effect.From the perspective of corporate strategy macro background,this paper selects HT Securities as the research object and builds the company's overall performance appraisal system based on the balanced scorecard theory in order to improve the company's performance evaluation issues and achieve the company's long-term strategic goals for other financial securities.The company has provided similar problems for reference and reference,provided relevant value analysis ideas for the reform of other financial enterprises,and enriched the practical cases of the application of the balanced scorecard in the financial and securities industry.This article designs and studies "how is the overall framework of the strategic map of HT securities company","how to select the key performance factors of HT securities company and determine its weight based on the key performance indicator method and analytic hierarchy process","how to design a balanced scorecard HT These three aspects of the performance evaluation system of securities companies;combined with the three methods of literature analysis,investigation and research,and employee interviewing methods;summarizing and analyzing the existence of performance evaluation positioning and corporate strategy inconsistency and performance evaluation index design of HT securities company performance evaluation The four main problems are unclear,single form of performance evaluation system,insufficient evaluation basis,and inadequate feedback mechanism of performance evaluation results.The performance evaluation indicators based on the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard are identified,and the analysis of the balance scorecard on HT The practicability of securities companies;the use of balanced scorecards to build HT securities companies' performance appraisal system and put forward safeguard measures that can be successfully implemented in the future.This paper has achieved the following results:First,based on learning from other people's related research results,this paper uses the balanced scorecard related theory and analytic mathematical model to establish a performance evaluation system for HT securities companies.Compared with the traditional method of using expert scoring to determine and compare When factors are important,this article selects employee interviews and brainstorming to score,which is more in line with the normal distribution of employee evaluation.In terms of algorithm,compared with other scholars using complex algorithms to determine weights in the analytic hierarchy process,this paper uses fuzzy weight calculation methods that are more suitable for enterprises to apply.Second,in the construction of the current performance evaluation system,most scholars apply the balanced scorecard to personal performance evaluation.Based on the characteristics of HT Securities,the author links the assessment of departmental business content with the assessment of individual employees,and changes from a person to a department.Third,the research in this article is the application of balanced scorecards in the performance evaluation of the financial and securities industry.This article applies specific theories to practice,focuses on the field of rapidly developing securities companies,and enriches the practice of balanced scorecards in securities companies.case study.
