Study On The Construction Of The Characteristic Town Of Taiping Town,xixia County

With the continuous development of Chinese economy,urban-rural integration development and economic transformation have become a hot topic.The construction of featured towns has promoted urbanization and improved the level of urbanization,and adapted to the transformation and development of Chinese economy under the new normal.In recent years,Taiping town around the regional development strategy,with the goal of ecological big town and the rich town,using the geographical resources advantage,optimizing the industrial structure,improving the level of urbanization.These are conducive to the realization of the sustainable development of the area.Based on the above characteristic town to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper has enriched the research contents of Taiping town,and expanded the theoretical research of the construction of urbanization scale in the central and western regions.Due to different regional features,the construction of featured towns is diversified.This paper takes Taiping town as the object of investigation and carries out in-depth study on Taiping town through literature research,field investigation and case study.Taiping town is located in the Funiu LaoJieLing area.There are low population density,weak economic foundation and industrial development lag behind,but the region has a unique natural landscape and rich natural resources of rare medicinal herbs.Taiping town is gradually developed on the basis of the characteristics of small town construction.This paper analyzes the natural environment,economic policy and humanistic history of Taiping town,and analyzes the advantages and development prospects of Taiping town from the theory of city integration and city scale structure.Author expounded the status quo of small town construction and development: the development of pillar industries,pay attention to the cultural connotation,increase capital investment,to build the whole working mechanism and so on several levels.He found that the Taiping town characteristic town construction is still in the process of a single,such as insufficient investment,capital channel of town planning board is prominent,the lack of industry competitive advantage,weak infrastructure,public facilities,and lack of organization and management mechanism is not sound,professional,environmental protection consciousness weak,and other issues.On the other hand,drawing on the experience of the construction of the small town of Grasse and Hangzhou in China and abroad,the author puts forward some suggestions for the development of the town.It is worth mentioning that the innovation of this paper lies in aiming at the unique regional resource advantage of Taiping town,and putting forward the development path of "one center and two wings".It is the core of ecoenvironmental protection,to build the characteristic industry of the healthy and healthy products of Chinese herbal medicine,and the two large cards of ecological tourism,which are mainly based on the old boundary mountain resort,the Funiushan grand canyon.The author puts forward the strategic plan to promote the development path of "one center and two wings",and summarizes the Suggestions for promoting the development of the town of Taiping town.
