Main Industrial Choice And Its Development Strategy In Characteristic Town Of Zhangpu Liuao

In recent years,along with the acceleration of the process of urbanization and the spirit of the Central Document,the development of small towns should use the high-quality resources inside and outside to promote the further development of characteristic industries.The development of small towns should focus on characteristics.The construction of characteristic towns is an important task of urbanization during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.Accelerating the construction and development of small towns,especially characteristic towns,is of great significance for promoting new urbanization,accelerating modern agriculture,building new socialist countryside and realizing the integration of urban and rural areas.The core of the development of characteristic towns is industrial development.It is necessary to determine the leading industries according to the geographical location of the town and the transportation environment.This is the premise and foundation for the development of the characteristic small town industry.The characteristic development of small towns should integrate characteristic industries,the function of releasing the pressure of central area in large cities,the characteristics of urban industries,the establishment of leading industries and the coordinated development of town groups.However,there are many problems during developing the leading industries in characteristic towns.For example,the uniqueness of its industrial characteristics is not prominent enough,no effective use of talent support policies,and no efforts having been made to carry out the construction of public infrastructure,no further developing of the leading industries.And the leading industries and development models are similar in most areas,most of which are replicating big cities' models,and the brand effect is not good.How to choose the leading industry of characteristic towns and formulate a reasonable leading industry development strategy are the focus of many experts and scholars.This paper takes the leading industry selection and development of Liuao characteristic town in Zhangpu County as the analysis object.Through the literature analysis and field research methods,it sorts out the related concepts of characteristic towns and its characteristic industries,and adopts the level-principal component analysis method by selecting the leading industry evaluation indicators for characteristic towns.Through the on-the-spot investigation and analyzing the current industrial development status of Liuao Town,after that,selecting the actual data of Liuao leading industry index evaluation system,the leading industries of the Liuao were identified as wind power development,coastal tourism and shipbuilding industry.It is the focus of this paper and the difficulty of the research.Finally,the development strategies of Liuao Town's leading industry are proposed.The first is scientific positioning,by focusing on the integration and development of characteristic leading industries.The second is to improve the supporting facilities and provide all-round support for leading industries.The third is to strengthen publicity and build the leading industrial brands of Liuao,The fourth is paying more attention to the linkage and integration of three leading industries.The above are the main achievements and innovations of this paper.
