With the development of the domestic economy and society,the living standards and consumption structure of the county-level cities,villages and towns and rural areas are gradually increasing and upgrading.Computer based Internet,smart phone based mobile data,and modern information tools based on various intelligent terminals are increasingly popular in the rural areas,affecting and changing people’s lifestyle and consumption concept.Electronic shopping,all kinds of shop management and modern logistics have entered the countryside.The growing demand for financial services has become the endogenous driving force for the development and innovation of county e-commerce.In the face of the large county financial market,how to effectively promote the marketing of electronic commerce in the county and seize more market share.Agricultural Bank of China,as a large state-owned commercial bank facing the county,serving the three rural issues and integrating into the international and comprehensive operation,has the natural advantage across the two market resources of the city and the countryside.The urban and rural linkage development is the foundation of its business development.The county to maintain the competitive advantage of region,provide better financial services for customers,so as to improve the customer loyalty,is the county agricultural bank outlets in the face of increasingly fierce market implementation of the "blue ocean" strategy,optimize business strategy,expand market share,and enhance the core competitiveness of the best path.The first part of this paper explains the theory,definition,development status and trend of e-commerce,and then introduces the general situation of domestic commercial banks’ research on electronic commerce,aiming at making the relevant theoretical paving for the later chapters.The second part introduces the current situation of the development of e-commerce in Feixi branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth part uses the SWOT model,the PEST model and the Potter five force model to analyze the macro and micro environment of the e-commerce application of the Feixi branch of the Agricultural Bank in the process of e-commerce development.It focuses on the analysis and demonstration of the choice of the countermeasures,and puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures.The fifth part,in view of the implementation of countermeasures,puts forward the safeguard measures and implementation suggestions that need to be done well.Finally,we draw conclusions on the development of e-commerce in Feixi branch of Agricultural Bank of China,and look forward to the future development.
