This article based on lean management concept to improve the production efficiency of prefabricated building components.The study developed the Precast Component Lean Production Management System(PCLS),and take L prefabricated product factory as an example;Applied observation method and semi-structured interview method investigate and survey in L factory's production process,used PCLS analysis production process,found waste in the practical production;Developed different strategies towards the waste according to PCLS,then elimination and improvement the waste;The simulation model of production system is also carried out in this article,establishing a model of production system in L prefabricated product factory based on Anylogic platform,implement the plan PCLS step by step,Realization of production system visualization by the same time;The improved production phase efficiency is obtained;At the end of the article,part of the improvement plan has been practical application in L factory,in order to verify validity of the improvement,the study collected data at a certain stage after improvement.According to research,the establishment of the Precast Component Lean Production Management System does increase productivity of prefabricated product factory.Waiting,excess transport,inventory waste,and the other seven wastes has been discovered in the research.The low balance rate of production line,unreasonable of personnel arrangement and site layout,as well as the low happiness index of employee are the main problem of the study;Meanwhile,large inventory caused by long production lead time and poor coordination is another problem of study.Analysis of PCLS system process program for waste of L prefabricated factory,formulated a corresponding improvement plan.The improvement plan is divided into four stages:subjective initiative,layout and production mode,safety stock and lead time and simulated separately,obtained different stages of simulation improvement data.This study applies the first-stage optimization plan to the actual case,collected production data for a period of time,discovered the production efficiency optimization result is basically the same as the simulation result,proved the feasibility and effectiveness of model optimization.The significance of research lies in:Developed the precast component lean production management system,provided ideas for the development of prefabricated component factories in the current environment,realized visual simulation of the production system of prefabricated components and acquired the simulation data at the same time.
