Research On The Impact Of Enterprise Innovation On Growth

China’s listed enterprises mainly carry out the construction of technological innovation ability from three aspects.On the one hand is to increase investment in the daily business activities of enterprises R&D funds,this is the next in order to ensure the enterprise technological innovation activities have enough material basis,technological innovation can continue to carry out;second is the number of R&D personnel,R&D personnel is the core of technology innovation,R&D personnel ratio determines the size of technology innovation;patent ownership is the final number,the number of patents is a direct result of technological innovation,reflects the ability of innovation of production technique.This article will part of the domestic 2015-2016 listed companies as the research sample data,theoretical and empirical analysis using two complementary methods,and the proportion of the number of patents held the three dimensions for the technical staff from the capital strength,R&D investment enterprises,analysis of the technology innovation research of domestic listed companies growth.Impact on the enterprise,finally we can draw the following several points:(1)enterprise R&D investment growth intensity and enterprise have a positive correlation:(2)technology R&D personnel proportion and enterpr:ise growth have a positive correlation(3)with the growth of the enterprise patent and the number of enterprises have a positive correlation.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the reason and significance of the topic selection,the definition of the basic meaning,the structure of the paper,the ways and means of research,and the objects and difficulties of the key research.The second part is based on the research and analysis of literature review on innovation related issues by researchers at home and abroad.At the same time,it summarizes and discusses the relevant economic theories.The third part is the research hypothesis that the enterprise innovation ability affects the growth.The fourth part is divided into two parts.One is the 6 growth indicators of research design,the principal component analysis is made,and the required research models are constructed according to the corresponding variables.The second is to verify the hypothesis by all kinds of analytical methods.The fifth part is the conclusion of this paper and the appropriate policy advice,and the limitations of this paper.
