With the rapid development of Chinese economy,urbanization to accelerate the pace of construction and the improvement of people's living standard,the furniture industry has been in a rising trend,the scale and output value of industry has maintained a rapid and steady growth.In recent years,the furniture industry were in the fierce competition,the operation of uncertainty facing increasing challenges to the furniture enterprises.To obtain competitive advantage in the uncertain market environment,furniture enterprises must establish a scientific management system and strategic management objectives,to cope with various challenges faced.In this paper,C Furniture Co.,Ltd as the research object,using SWOT analysis tools,find the disadvantage and the company's strengths,opportunities and threats of the system based on the analysis,summarizes the challenges faced by company C in uncertain environment,and collect relevant data,through statistical analysis concluded that the correlation factors of challenge with the enterprise profit analysis software SPSS,confirm the correlation,is studied and proposed corresponding countermeasures,including market development,development of green supply chain,the implementation of cooperation and competition,talent incentive.This paper based on the actual situation of C company,put forward the corresponding suggestions on the countermeasures,which can help the company to obtain the market competition advantage,improve resource utilization,reduce costs,enhance profitability.This research for small and medium sized furniture enterprises how to deal with the uncertain market environment,and gradually developed It provides a reference to win the market competition and improve the management decision-making level...
