Research On The Spatial Differentiation Of Entrepreneurial Environment In Shanghai Technology-based SMEs

Shanghai has undertaken the historic mission of building a center with global influence.Innovation-driven development is an urgent requirement to transform the mode of economic development.Mass entrepreneurship and innovation has become the new engine for economic development and social progress.In this context,the subject of this study is presented.Taking Shanghai as the research object with abundant scientific and technological resources,this paper analyzes and explores the development level of the current entrepreneurial environment from the perspective of geography.On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research results of this study,through to the Shanghai 16 area data collection and sorting,according to GEM model and entrepreneurial environment evaluation theory,reference literature,and constructs the evaluation index system of small and mid-sized enterprise working environment in Shanghai,using principal component analysis and hierarchical analysis method,with the aid of SPSS statistical analysis software,for 2010 and 2015,the Shanghai science and technology entrepreneurial environment of small and medium-sized enterprise to carry on the comparative study,and based on the perspective of geography space of Shanghai science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprises spatial distribution pattern and evolution characteristics of entrepreneurial environment,finally using multiple regression model to analyze the influence factors of entrepreneurship,and optimize the environment of Shanghai science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprise business level of countermeasures and suggestions.This research is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter of this article research background and significance of the science and technology enterprise business environment related research at home and abroad were reviewed and the induction,combed the entrepreneurial environment factors,entrepreneurial environment evaluation system of science and technology enterprise and entrepreneurship environment factors influence on entrepreneurship research and its progress,on this basis,put forward in this paper,research methods and ideas of framework;The second chapter for small and mid-sized enterprise entrepreneurship related theory,first define the definition of small and mid-sized enterprise andstandards,then puts forward the connotation and characteristics of entrepreneurship,finally this article introduces the structure of the small and mid-sized enterprise business environment and related factors of theory;The third chapter for the analysis of the status quo of Shanghai science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprise business environment,mainly from the science and technology input and output,current financing environment,economic development level,the government support,intermediary service system in five aspects of summarizing its development status and distribution characteristics;The fourth chapter the empirical measure for Shanghai science and technology of small and medium-sized enterprise business environment,according to the design of evaluation index system,using the principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to seven specific score and total score value of the criterion layer were studied to measure;The fifth chapter studies the spatial analysis and evolution characteristics of the entrepreneurial environment in each district which has been measured in chapter 4 from the perspective of geography.In chapter 6,the author USES the regression model to explore the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial environment of small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai,and puts forward some Suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial environment.The seventh chapter summarizes the research conclusions of this paper and summarizes the shortcomings of this study and the outlook for the future.
