An Evaluation Study On Entrepreneurial Environment Of Science And Technology Enterprises Based On Entrepreneurial Opportunity

It is very urgent to develop the science and technology enterprises for our country and regions to achieve sustainable development, which is a strategic choice to deal with market competition and achieve leapfrog development. But what kind of environment is conducive to the growth of scientific and technological enterprises, and how entrepreneurial environment impacts on the creation of scientific and technological enterprises .These issues deeply troubled a large number of policy makers and academics.This paper originally came from the research framework of CEM (China City Entrepreneurship Monitor 2007) project., cooperated by Management School of Hefei University of Technology and China Entrepreneurial Research Center of Tsinghua University; and《Research of Countermeasures to Promote Science and Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Anhui》, a soft scientific research project from the office of science and technology in Anhui province.This paper is completed based on the entrepreneurial environment survey of Hefei. From the perspective of entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial environment of science and technology enterprises was evaluated .Firstly, the theoretical model was proposed , and some hypothesis were researched; based on previous research, recalling related theories on entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial opportunities .by the standards of empirical research methods., Then, a linear regression was made about entrepreneurial environment evaluation index for scientific and technological enterprises entrepreneurial opportunities .by the design of empirical research; According to regression results, the paper summed up the conclusion of the study and tested the previous hypothesis in accordance with the conclusions; Lastly, some related countermeasures and suggestions were made in order to optimize the entrepreneurial environment of science and technology enterprises in Hefei. Expect that the research results can provide a reference for government departments to formulate policies and optimize business environment of science and technology enterprises in Hefei.
