Study On Quality Management Of Telemarketing Project Outsourcing In MDX Company

With the development of economy and continuous in-depth of the Chinese and foreign economic exchanges,as a professional management methods,project management is applied in more and more industry,especially in the field of engineering construction.And it is also recognised by many managers.But,as a way of general management,the application and research of project management are still in there infancy in the third industry.It is still a blank in telemarketing project management in the financial and internet industry.Based on the current present situation,this paper studies a telemarketing project in an internet financial company,with international advanced project management knowledge system for guidance.It analyses the problems,and it also sums up some practical experience.The author hopes to find the characteristic of telemarketing project management through this case,so as to explore some general methods of project management for the industry.Of course,I believe that they are also applicable to other service industries.Combining with the project management theory and the telemarketing project management practice,this paper analyzes the backgro-und of project startup,the implementation of the project process and the closure processes.In the stage of project startup,the paper describes the present situation and the existing problems of the the industry and the company.It explains the necessity to conduct telemarketing project for this company.In the project execution phase,This paper introduces the basic theory of project management body of knowledge.It focuses on analyzing the system of project quality management knowledge.Hope to provide reference for future similar projects,it presents a more practical implementation plan.Besides above,this paper also puts forward some basic ideas about how to apply the project management body of knowledge in improving performance.
