With the introduction of favorable policies to support the development of the insurance industry,the insurance industry ushered in important development opportunities and the prospects for the insurance industry are bright.The insurance market contains huge economic profits.More and more foreign capital and private capital flows to the insurance industry to divide the insurance market.The competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The core of enterprise competition is the competition of talents.Excellent talents are an important foundation for the stable,sustained and healthy development of enterprises.Especially for financial services like insurance,Whoever has high-quality talent resources,who can give full play to the role of human resources,who can grasp the initiative of market competition,and thus occupy an advantage in development.At present,China's insurance companies still have many problems and deficiencies in the process of human resource management.For example,the large loss of insurance talents has brought great pressure on the stable operation and labor cost of enterprises,How to retain talents and make excellent talents provide inexhaustible power for the development of enterprises is a problem that should be paid attention to in the development of insurance enterprises at present.This article takes Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance Insurance as the research object,and analyzes the causes of the loss of employees in Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance Insurance and puts forward some countermeasures.In the early stage,through reviewing relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,I have mastered the theoretical knowledge of employee turnover,laying a theoretical foundation for studying the loss of seats in Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance Insurance.Based on the actual situation of Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance,under the premise of in-depth interviews,the questionnaires of employee occupational satisfaction and turnover intention were designed to further explore the causes of employee turnover in Zhengzhou Telemarketing Center of ZH Insurance.It also analyzes the multi-faceted impact of agent turnover on the company,and summarizesthe reasons that affect employee turnover from the perspectives of industry,company and individual.Through in-depth interviews with employees of the Telemarketing Center and statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the high intensity of work and the pressure of work are the most important factors for the resignation of the agent.At the same time,the recruitment system,salary system,performance appraisal system,promotion system and other human resource management systems of Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance also have unreasonable places.These are important factors leading to employee turnover and It is necessary for Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance to pay attention to it and improve it.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes to establish a sound and reasonable staff recruitment system;establish a more scientific and reasonable salary system and performance appraisal system;establish a long-term communication mechanism and establish a sound talent training machine to strengthen corporate humane care and team culture construction,etc.Control measures to reduce the loss of employees in the Zhengzhou Telemarketing center Center of ZH Insurance.In this paper,a feasible scheme is put forward to reduce the staff turnover rate in ZH Insuranc Zhengzhou Telemarketing Center,and the control and management ideas of the loss of the telemarketing staff in ZH Insuranc Zhengzhou Telemarketing Center are clarified.At the same time,it provides effective manpower management support for the business development of ZH Insurance Zhengzhou Telemarketing Center.It also provides certain reference value for the management of employee turnover in the same type of insurance company.
