Evaluation Of Intensive Land Use In Development Zones

As an important driving force for urbanization and economic development,the contradiction between the growth of construction land demand and the limited supply of land resources is gradually highlighted in the process of rapid development of the development zone.For a long time,extensive land use mode and land development mode with high input and low output have seriously affected the quality of the Development Zone,and hindered the transformation and upgrading of China's economic development mode.It is imperative to further promote the intensive use of land in the development zone.In this paper,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to evaluate the high-tech park in Shanghai,Songjiang.The article is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction.This part mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic selection,and takes the contradiction between the development of China's development zones and the extensive use of land as the breakthrough point.Based on a large number of literature on the basis of research and analysis,the framework arrangement,research methods,innovation,deficiencies are explained.The research involves theories and concepts.In the second part,the author combs the problems existing in the development zone of China and discusses the reasons,and expounds the development status of Shanghai Development Zone and the development status of Songjiang high-tech park.The author thinks that although the development of development zone need some incremental land,but in the case of insufficient supply of land resources,the most important thing is to revitalize the stock of land,mine existing land,promote the intensive use of land.In the third part,the author expounds the multi factor comprehensive evaluation method used in intensive evaluation of land use.The author gives a detailed introduction to the system of evaluation,the method of determining the weight,the method of determining the ideal value,and the standardization of data processing.The author uses multi factor comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the high-tech park in Shanghai,Songjiang.In this paper the status of land use,land use efficiency,land management performance of three orders to establish intensive land use comprehensive evaluation index system,and then analyzes the land use status of intensive park.The evaluation results show that the overall situation of land intensive use in Songjiang Shanghai hi tech park is good,but the land use structure needs to be optimized,and the output intensity of land is not very good.
