The Analysis And Countermeasure Research On The Delay Of Software Development Project In S Company

With the popularity of mobile Internet,the mobile payment industry is rapidly developing.The rapid popularization of smart phones and more powerful functions,not only convenient for people to surf the Internet anytime,anywhere,but also provide a more diverse use of scene.Among them,the application of mobile phone transit card developed based on NFC technology is gradually familiar and used.The author’s company is a startup that was created to bring NFC mobile payments to the scene.As a start-up company,there are many deficiencies in project management.The author of this article chooses to study the reason of the delay of software development project in S company,collects the feedback from the staff by interview and lists the reasons causes the delay of project schedule,then filter the main reasons from questionnaire for these reasons:frequent change of demand,poor communication,insufficient number and capacity of project personnel and poor project schedule management.Through the analysis of the root causes of these four aspects,the paper finds out the deeper fundamental factors from all angles,and separately from the demand change control and process,communication planning control,project staff recruitment and capacity enhancement,as well as to strengthen the project schedule management gives countermeasures.Finally,with actual case to verify the effectiveness of the proposed countermeasures for projects of S company,improve the status of project schedule delay.By analyzing the actual problems of S company and putting forward the targeted solutions,it can not only improve S company’s progress management,but also reduce the project’s delay rate,meanwhile,it also has certain reference meaning for other startup companies in Internet software industries.
