| Distribution at E-commerce logistics terminal is leaping forward in communities of China’s cities. And yet such business sector remains lagging, with numerous problems emerging in the practical distribution, particularly the disordered and highly random for the distribution mode selection at terminal. Thus, the selection of distribution mode at E-commerce logistics terminal of urban community requires to be analyzed, and the decision on such selection needs to be made using scientific and efficient approaches. On that basis, the reasonable suggestions are proposed for the selection of distribution mode at logistics terminal.Through a combination of domestic and foreign experts and scholars’ related research, the current situation of distribution at China’s E-commerce logistics terminal in urban communities is introduced, and the problems existing in such distribution are then analyzed using the network content analysis.Three basic distribution modes at E-commerce logistics terminal in urban communities are classified, and the factors for mode selection are analyzed adopting the interpretative structural modeling method. The evaluation index system for mode selection is established and the selection model for distribution mode at E-commerce logistics terminal in urban community is established using evaluation methods including network analysis, entropy method and the multi-attribute decision-making method based on technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution. The sensitivity analysis of distribution mode selection is carried out from two aspects: the impacts exerted by the variation of evaluation index weight on the selected result and the stable interval of the weight of the evaluation index. The selection of distribution mode of Z E-commerce logistic company at logistics terminal of L community is analyzed, which proves that this study is reasonable and valid.Eventually, recommendations are proposed to make distribution mode selection more scientific and efficient in decision-making,and to boost the distribution at E-commerce logistics terminal in urban communities. |
