With the development of economy,fresh e-commerce is extended on a large scale to meet the growing customer demand.However,some problems are exposed at the same time.Only about 1% can make profits and the rest are in huge losses.The low profit level seriously restricts the long-term development of enterprises.Therefore,the research of fresh terminal logistics operation mode not only helps to enhance customer satisfaction,but also provides a good reference to reduce costs,improve efficiency and achieve long-term benign development.In this thesis,fresh e-commerce terminal logistics is the research object.The writer systematically elaborates its current situation,problems and reasons through comparative analysis of its operation at home and abroad,using methods of comparison,induction,investigation,etc.Next,the writer discusses and compares its limited factors,operation modes,enterprise types and so on.Then,based on the actual situation of enterprises and the present situation of the new logistics distribution mode,the writer put forward the futural development trend and direction,and stated the strategy how enterprises choose proper modes.Fresh terminal logistics is an important pillar of fresh e-commerce's sustainable development,and it affects not only customer satisfaction and re-purchase rate but also the profit level of enterprises.Now fresh e-commerce terminal logistics in our country grows vigorously and various operating modes coexist in the industry,mainly divided into self-distribution,3PL distribution,community distribution,cooperative distribution,customer self-distribution,and crowd sourcing distribution.Enterprises should choose proper modes according to their need as promoting efficiency and reducing costs are essential to the long-term development.In addition,given the current situation of industry and the development trend,main operation strategies will be self-distribution,community distribution and crowd sourcing distribution,and will play an important supporting role in the development of the industry.In a word,through the analysis,this paper provides a reference direction for the analysis and selection of fresh terminal logistics,and also lists the factors that need to be paid attention to in the futural research.
