Leadership is a symbol that reflects the long-term development of an organization,excellent leadership plays a vital role in the overall strategic development of the organization.In the background of increasingly complex international form,the organizations of our country are in the fierce market competition.In carrying out the reform of the management system,the organizations must attach primary importance to talents,which clearly highlights the importance of research leadership.The 19 th CPC National Congress of the Party puts forward: "Talent is the first resource." In essence,the innovation drive is the talent drive.Only with strong talents and strong science and technology can we bring about a strong industry,a strong economy,and a strong country."under this background,aiming at the leadership status of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company of China Power Grid,this paper analyzes the actual survey data of middle managers and employees.On the basis of theory and practice,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the leadership of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company of China Power Grid.The rapid development of society poses new challenges to the leadership of middle managers of Shandong Electric Power Company of Guowen Power Company,so it is urgent for Shandong Electric Power Company of National Grid to cultivate an excellent middle level leadership team as a strategic reserve of talents.At the same time,the operation and management mode of Shandong Electric Power Company of China Power Grid puts forward higher requirements for the leadership of middle managers.In this context,relevant research should be carried out.Hope to further enhance the understanding of the importance of improving the leadership of mid-level managers in Shandong Electric Power Company of Guodian,so as to strengthen the understanding of the relationship between leadership upgrading and the performance management level of Shandong Electric Power Company of Guodian.In this paper,the theoretical and practical significance of the two angles,and through literature,questionnaires,case studies,mathematical statistics and other related research methods to assist the development of the paper,at the same time,the relevant literature at home and abroad are discussed.Combined with the relevant theories of leadership at home and abroad,this paper defines some important concepts involved,describes the elements of leadership of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company of China Power Grid,and puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper.In order to lay a solid conceptual support and theoretical basis for the writing and research of this paper.Secondly,this article grasps the opportunity and the condition that the national net Shandong electric power company middle manager leadership promotion,takes thenational net Shandong electric power company middle level manager as the research object,This paper investigates some middle-level managers and other personnel of Shandong Electric Power Company of Guowen Power Company,and finds out the existing problems of leadership of middle-level managers of Shandong Electric Power Company by issuing,recovering,counting,analyzing and other aspects of the questionnaire.Finally,according to the results of the investigation,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the leadership of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company,which can provide a good reference for the research on leadership improvement of middle managers in power public enterprises.This paper mainly focuses on the empirical research on the leadership of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company,and designs a questionnaire survey on the contents of the survey.The innovation of this paper is to put forward targeted countermeasures to improve the leadership of middle managers in Shandong Power Company of China Power Grid.Today,when the economy is developing so rapidly,if Shandong Electric Power Company of the State Grid wants to gain a foothold in the fierce market competition,it must attach importance to the construction of qualified personnel.Strengthen the analysis and research on the improvement of the leadership of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company,hoping to sum up the research and experience of this paper.To a certain extent,it can be used for reference to improve the leadership of middle managers in Shandong Electric Power Company of China Power Grid.
