Paying attention to the value of human resources means that the enterprise must focus on the leadership of the team managers. It has been a trend which has be widely recognized. both in theoretical areas and practical field. A large number of theoretical research and practical guidance tools have emerged. However, these research and tools almost focus on the qualitative description and the behavior standard of the leaders and their team members. There are a lot of inconvenience in application which as needing a long period, complicated assessment system and so on. This research attempt to construct a model of leadership by using mathematical quantitative analysis. The purpose of this paper is the leaders and their team members’ performance improvement. A process which contains collecting and analyzing the information of the selected company, constructing the mathematical expression of the leadership and using the model to evaluate managers could help the company to achieve the management target. This paper intents to provide a effective leadership identification tool, at the same time, to provide a new way of thinking for leadership research.This article selects the middle management level of the company where the author works as the target case, collect the leadership information of the division manager from the all levels employees, use the method of statistical data, in order to tease out the five performance indicators about the leadership on behalf of the effect and the ten influence factors about the impact of leadership effectiveness. At last, analyze the influence of two kinds date to find out the rapid recognition approach for the middle-level leadership.Through this case study according to the above method of process,the model and the recognition tool play a role in the process of leadership identification。The mathematical method is more efficient and accurate than the qualitative research method. So it can be concluded that the mathematical model construction method is feasible in the field of leadership research。 Compared with the traditional qualitative research, the recognition efficiency of the leadership is higher.This paper consists of six parts:the first part is introduction. This part presents the background and significance of research ideas. The second part is about literature and theoretical review. It summarizes the main theories and research stages of leadership development subject. The third part introduces the related information of the basic situation, the case company existing leadership building and research data collection related work. The fourth part uses the structure analysis model of the constitutive relationship of middle managers’ effects and influencing factors. Through empirical method, and set up the structural model. The fifth part is the verification and application of the mathematical model in the actual situation. The sixth part summarize the conclusions of this study, find out the lack and research in the future.
