Huzhou City B&B Space Gathering And Development Research

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries in the 21st century.It is characterized by its comprehensiveness and relevance.It also determines that tourism has the characteristics of spatial agglomeration^[1].As a new developing trend in tourism industry in recent years,both the economic and cultural meanings that would not be neglected have promoted the research of B&B?bed and breakfast?to develop in depth.Therefore,the study of the theory and case of the characteristics of gathering space of B&B is very important.This article taking Huzhou City as a case study to explore the spatial agglomeration of its B&B from the perspective of spatial location,the specific structure of the essay is as follows:The first part:Firstly,the article introduces the division of the concept and type of B&B,respectively expounds the difference between bed and breakfast?Agritainment?family hotel and inn,aims at clarifying the research scope of bed and breakfast.Secondly,summarizes the background of the development of B&B and the basis of the research results of B&B of the scholars at home and abroad,the topic selection basis and research significance of this topic are explained.The research content and research methods of this article are briefly summarized.The theoretical basis covers the factor endowment theory,the core edge theory,Tourism system theory,tourism location theory,industrial cluster theory,pointed out the direction for the research of this article.The second part:A brief analysis of the current development status about B&B at home and abroad,leads the case study of this paper-Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province.The study area overview from three aspects,the city overview,tourism development and the development of the state of B&B,and then illustrate this article of the research data and sources,Huzhou City residential development of the phased division and temporal and spatial evolution of the law.Then is the emphases of this article.According to the spatial analysis of the state of accommodation in Huzhou,it is pointed out that the spatial distribution characteristics of the pattern are highly coalesced type distribution,generally orienting from northeast to southwest and showing"a big core and many gatherings".The pattern of spatial distribution mainly lies in the western part of Deqing County and the southeast of Anji County.Thedensity of the residential areas in the edge of Huzhou City is higher than that of the suburbs in the central and southern parts of China.During the analysis,it was found that the distribution of traffic trunk lines,tourist attractions?districts?,rural settlements and Huzhou B&B showed different degrees of ribbon and surface distribution.The third part:Analysis on the influencing factors of the space gathering of the B&B in Huzhou City.Based on the characteristics of tourism development in Huzhou City,combined with the theoretical basis and the research results of predecessors,the main factors that affect the concentration and distribution of the residents in Huzhou City are summarized as follows:natural environment,location transportation,tourism resources,social development environment,countryside Settlement,using qualitative and quantitative methods to describe the impact of these factors on the layout of Huzhou bunk bed space.The fourth part:The overall mentality and concrete suggestion on the development of Huzhou B&B.On the basis of fully analyzing the clustering characteristics and influencing factors of Huzhou B&B and combining with the"Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"for the development of leisure tourism industry in Huzhou City and the"Land Planning 2006-2020 for Huzhou Municipality"Development ideas,put forward four suggestions to the long-term development of Huzhou B&B:relying on important tourism resources to guide the industry cluster of B&B,improve the supply structure of B&B,improve the quality of supply,emphasize industry regulation and government management,and improve public service facilities.
