| With the rapid development of Chinese society,home stay tourism has become an important way of tourism development.In the background of the upgrading and transformation of consumption structure,the trend of personalized and diversified needs of Bed and Breakfast(B&B)consumers is highlighted,and their low-end construction and business forms are difficult to meet the increasingly diversified and rich leisure needs of consumers.This study is based on the foreign relatively mature of EKB model and consumer behavior theory,and a survey was conducted on the consumer behavior of home stay tourism of potential consumer groups and existing tourist groups in Liuyang ancient harbor town,through the questionnaire survey and field interview,and the collected data on influencing factors of consumer behavior are analyzed by factor analysis,variance analysis,linear regression analysis,etc.The results found that:consumer age,education level,income and the home stay facility building,decoration characteristics,room supporting infrastructure,accommodation and health conditions,social security,consumer prices,medical facilities,guest evaluation,provide additional services to tourists,scenic area and home stay distance external environment,conversation with residents and residents assessment factor of Liuyang ancient harbor town home stay facility tourism decision has a significant difference influence.According to the analysis results,it provides research suggestions for the targeted improvement of the home stay tourism industry in Liu yang ancient harbor town:1)Promote the transformation of home stay in the post epidemic era;2)Integrate the quality of local "people" and the culture of "dormitory" into the design and construction of home stay to boost the added value of home stay;3)Establish a B&B tourism self-drive-travel service system;4)Home stay brand innovation,the use of "Internet+home stay" form to carry out publicity work;5)Develop "crowdfunding for elderly care" home stay,and develop the form of home stay preparation;6)Strengthen the quality of home stay practitioners,targeted training;7)Highlight the service details of B&B practitioners,standardized management without losing characteristics;8)Develop home-stay tourism that can meet the diversified needs. |
