Research On The Management Strategy Of Employees' Work Stress In S Securities Company

The fierce market competition,globalization,upgrading products,services and technology,bring the invisible work stress to the employees,especially in the financial services industry,the competition for high quality customer resources is becoming increasingly fierce,and the instability of the market has brought great pressure to the employees.Excessive pressure will not only affect employees' physical and mental health,but also reduce employee satisfaction,reduce work enthusiasm and even cause turnover.By managing work stress,we can reduce employee's physical and mental burden,maintain the best working condition,create a good organizational atmosphere,improve the loyalty of the employees to the enterprise,and make the enterprise run orderly.Therefore,it is very important for the enterprise and employees to do a good job of working stress management.This paper collects domestic and foreign literature on work stress,and discuss the relevant theories and models.Secondly,the employees of S securities company were selected as the research objects,and the work stress of 91 employees was investigated by questionnaires,then analyze the data through SPSS 19 statistical software,the results show that the obvious factors of employees' work stress are the work itself,followed by the stress of competition,work environment and atmosphere,incentive lack of stress;different individuals feel different about the stress source;the stress source and stress reactions are negatively correlated,interpersonal relationships,role needs,self capabilities and qualities,working environment and atmosphere can significantly predict stress reactions.Finally,based on the above analysis,we put forward some suggestions on the work stress management of S securities company from the organizational and individual angles.
