The Development Of Filter Cluster Network In Beng Bu:Interest Relationship,Dynamic Mechanism And Role Orientation Of Government

The transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters is closely related to the sustainable development of the regional innovation network.Innovation of industrial clusters development has been a research focus in the theory and practice of innovation network.In this paper,by using the interest relations of cluster innovation network,dynamic mechanism and the role of government as object of study of individual and explore the development of industrial cluster mode is studied.This study argues that the transformation and upgrading of industrial cluster innovation network construction is particularly important to activate the dynamic mechanism of innovation network,coordinate the relationship between the interests of the subject of each network,determine the positioning of the government in the cluster network,development of cluster innovation is of great significance.Bengbu filters to industrial cluster as an example,through the game analysis model,on the interest of the cluster network main body relations and network dynamic adjustment mechanism research,reveals the relationship between the interests of the subject of different innovation network and its influence on the development of the cluster innovation network of the government's role.Analysis of knowledge transfer and diffusion,innovation of entrepreneur,dynamic mechanism,proposed mechanisms in the innovation network which helps the network main body to carry out the innovation as well as how behavior occurs,through the above research,provides a theoretical basis for industrial cluster innovation network construction and the new practical cases,A new pattern for industrial cluster development too.Finally,combined with Bengbu filters cluster development stage of division of labor pattern and innovation network in different stages of the interests of the subject of the appeal to carry out the study,think that the government's policy support to filter the late cluster innovation network formed played a role,but also pointed out that this effect is periodic.
