In recent years,China's economic growth has slowed down,the industrial structure has continued to upgrade,and the status of the service industry in the national economy has become increasingly important.Investment is one of the three major carriages that drives the economy and its importance is self-evident.In recent years,the rapid growth of foreign direct investment in China,while the growth of foreign direct investment is very slow,the gap between two-way investment is growing.As capital is gathering in the service industry,how does this gap and development trend affect the development of the service industry?Based on this issue,this paper starts with the relationship between foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment and total factor productivity,and comprehensively analyzes the impact of these two types of investment and their interactions and other factors on the total factor productivity of the service industry in China,and points out the promotion of services accordingly.The corresponding policies and recommendations for economic growth in the industry.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research background,significance and methods;the second chapter is the collection and collation of relevant theories and domestic and foreign literature,and reviews and summarizes the research on the relationship between foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment and total factor productivity in the academic community.The third chapter mainly analyzes the status quo of China's foreign direct investment,foreign direct investment and total factor productivity;the fourth chapter puts forward the research hypothesis,econometric model and variable description of this article;Chapter V uses the random effect model and the fixed effect model for two-way.The relationship between FDI and total factor productivity is empirically tested.The test results show that: the interaction of two-way FDI presents negative feedback on foreign direct investment,while there is positive feedback on foreign direct investment;nevertheless,bidirectional FDI and its cross terms are overall Both have a positive impact on the total factor productivity,technological progress,and technical efficiency of the service sector;the increase in per capital wage level contributes to the improvement of total factor productivity as a whole,but its cross terms are different for foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment.Effects;growth in the number of human capital in the service industry Advances in technology have a significant role in promoting,which is consistent with the experience to judge,but its growth was significantly inhibited the increase of technological efficiency;while the service sector capital intensity for total factor productivity,technological progress,technical efficiency are negatively affected.Finally,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations: The government should strengthen the investment guidance for two-way FDI,increase the macro control of the service industry,strengthen the management and supervision of the service industry,promote the continuous optimization of the service industry structure,attract and cultivate high-level talents,and enhance the ability of enterprises to absorb and reinventing technology.Take full advantage of the spillover effects of two-way FDI.
