Research On Cooperative Mechanism Of Rural Land Transfer Participants Of Chongqing Kaizhou Cuntry

With the development of social economy and the improvement of urbanization level,the transfer of rural land has become an effective way to develop modern agriculture and solve the "three rural issues".It has great significance for increasing farmers' income and improving land utilization ratio.But most of the existing research on farmland circulation concentration analysis,the motivation of agricultural land circulation policy analysis,and the analysis of farmers' willingness to transfer,rarely look at farmers,from the dynamic development perspective of agricultural interests of the game and the government and coordinated development,and in-depth research on mechanism.Therefore,this paper will introduce synergy theory into the field of rural land transfer,and investigate and analyze the coordinated operation of rural land transfer from a systematic perspective,so as to provide a new perspective and research paradigm for the study of rural land transfer.Chongqing city is the first batch of urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area in China,with a typical "big country,big city" structure,and the State District of Chongqing city is an agricultural large area,large immigrant area,resource area,land transfer area in the forefront of Chongqing City,therefore,to explore the agricultural land circulation cooperative development has a strong reference to the country.This paper based on the state area of the field survey and data collection,discovered the characteristics and problems of farmers,the agricultural and the district government exists in the land transfer process,and then qualitative analysis to decompose the farmland circulation system based on the extracted factors of each subsystem,and then through the construction of grey correlation analysis of nonlinear effects in the main factors in the different environment of the grey system model,the farmers,agricultural land transfer and government in the process of cooperation mechanism clear,finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the coordination between thevarious elements,in order to promote the effective operation of rural land circulation system.In the process of analysis,the following four conclusions are drawn: first,the rural land transfer in Kai Zhou is still in the stage of exploration and growth.The coordination relationship of the participants is complex,dynamic and relatively stable,and there are problems of low self-organization,higher transaction costs and asymmetric information.Two,based on the literature review and qualitative analysis,the agricultural land circulation system is decomposed,and the cooperative model of farmers,large agricultural households and government in the farmland circulation system and the participation subject subsystem is constructed respectively.From the operation results,it can be seen that the economic development level,the urbanization rate and the agricultural mechanization level are to the farmers and agricultural households.And both the government and the government have a positive impact.Among them,the level of urbanization and the relative income of peasant households is the most important factor,which is the important factor affecting the farmers' outflow of land;the level of technology development has the greatest correlation with the large agricultural and government income.Therefore,the important driving force of the orderly flow of technological innovation and talent innovation is carried out in a orderly way.Compared with farmers,the interests of the government and large agricultural households are more closely related.Three,based on the results of the model,the participation mechanism of the participants is constructed,and the formation,operation and guarantee of the cooperative mechanism are expounded in three aspects.The four is to put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions for the analysis of the coordination mechanism of the three parties,including promoting the development of the local economy,raising the income of the farmers,and promoting the innovation of science and technology and the innovation of talents.To develop the characteristic agriculture and so on.
