In the real-life circulation of agricultural means of production (AMP for shot), due to the seasonal agricultural production, separate farmers' use and the periodicity and centrality of the production of AMP, the function of the franchisers which connect the farmers and producers is very important. At the structure of our country's current system of the circulation of AMP, the county dealer, the town retailer and the village retailer have made up of the middle organizations. These micro-organizations are the main powers of the current industry of the circulation of AMP, and their development favor the flourish of the market of AMP circulation, facilitate to the collectivizing and enlarging of the industry of the circulation of AMP. However, the research about the behavior of the AMO dealers is not prevalent by far.Like the economic behavior for the producing enterprises which pursue the maximal profit under the technology restriction, the dealers behaviors are also the processes in seek their maximal performances under some limitations. From Granovetter (1985) proposed the "Embeddedness", which suggested the most economic behaviors were embedded in the personal and social network, and came into being through the social interaction, the discussion about corporation compete advantage and performance was based on these during the academes, and they think the restriction of enterprise was extended to the social structure (institutes and norms) from the traditional economic limitation (technology and size), the resources enterprise got from the embedded social structure, namely social capital, can facilitate to the exaltation of compete advantage and performance maximally. Thus, the research on the dealers' performances from the perspective of social capital was very necessary in theories and practices.The enterprise social capital (ESC for short) of the dealer is defined by the resources mobilized by the enterprise through the dealers' embedded social structure (market relations, social relations and hierarchical relations) which based on the foundation theories of SC and ESC,concretely, it's composed of inner ESC, channel ESC, market ESC and environment ESC. The paper suggests its measurement from the view of network, and designs the proxy index through the network's structural, relational and cognitive dimension. And for the dealer's performance, it's defined as the degree its goal's achievement and the satisfaction degree in the products or services the producer supply and the mutual relationships. Base on the definition of the related concepts, the paper has constructed the concept model of the effect to the dealer's performances from its ESC, and has a test by the data from the questionnaires survey at the Hubei province.The data analyses show that the channel ESC and the enterprise economic performance have the positive impact on the satisfaction to the producer, and the channel ESC, market ESC and environment ESC have the positive impact on the enterprise economic performance.
