Research On Risk Management Of The Medium Scale State-owned Coal Chemical Enterprises

Since the policy of the reform and opening is implemented, the small andmedium enterprises (SME) in China have been and are continue booming. That isremarkable and significant development in the industry. The state-owned SME keeps,beside the normal characteristics, the distinguish features. For one side, thestated-owned SME have a strong background benefit. For another side, the drawbacks,source from the big enterprise, existed as the risks and hinder the development of theSME. In light of this, the effective identification and control of the risks for thestated-owned SME becomes the key to determine the future development and the highinvestment return.In this dissertation, it emphasizes to analyze the character of the Chinese SMEfirstly based on the present domestic and overseas risks management’s theories. TheSME risks were been identified and stated. By brainstorming and experts interviews,it identifies the18items of the stated-owned coal chemical SME operationmanagement risks. After that, it takes a coal chemical SME as an example toparticularly state the operation management risks by the questionnaires. This patternquantizes the risk resources. Finally, according to the rank of the risk degree, thesolutions was exposed to individually match with the each risk and shaped a risk list.This summary has certain guidance significance and practical value for the samekinds of the enterprise. That drives the risk management implementation and rises upthe effectiveness of the risk management in some degree.
