| The development and utilization of human resources play an increasingly important role in building the core competitiveness of enterprises and institutions.As an important module in human resource management,incentive management helps enterprises and institutions to realize the transformation and decomposition of strategic objectives,and is the most effective tool for the strategic management of enterprises and institutions.As a public service institution,grass-roots health service agencies have a relatively late time to introduce incentive management due to their historical and cultural backgrounds.With the continuous progress of the national railway reform,the role played by high-speed railway transport companies in the field of social services and transportation has become increasingly evident obvious.However,the treatment of employees in domestic high-speed rail passenger transport companies is generally under the treatment of employees,which,to a certain extent,leads to the decrease of employee enthusiasm for work,lack of sense of responsibility and slackness of work,and greatly reduces the work efficiency of employees.Therefore,building an effective incentive system for high-speed railway passenger transport companies is an important issue to be resolved.In view of this,taking the employees of high-speed railway passenger company as the research object,this paper analyzes the status quo and the route design of its incentive mechanism,which is of practical significance to enhance the subjective initiative of the current high-speed railway passenger transport companies and ensure a good level of passenger transport of high-And industry guidance value.Taking Company A as an example,taking the employees of high-speed railway passenger company as the research object,this paper follows the train of thought of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,taking the status quo as a starting point,supporting theory with demand theory and incentive system as the core,focusing on the evaluation of the incentive system of high-speed railway passenger company,found out the problems existing in the current incentive system,and based on the problems arising from personal development,system,type of incentive,execution,etc.Based on the clear principles of design,this paper starts with the analysis of cause at four levels,and from the four aspects of personal development,spiritual motivation,salary system and organizational culture environment,Mechanism to provide good protection to provide constructive comments,to achieve the goal of building the thesis. |
