This article is based on the strategic management theory,research papers according to SYL company situation.With increasingly fierce competition in the automotive industry,further shortening of product life cycle,from product development and time to market of new models are constantly being compressed,end market customers requested delivery time is becoming shorter;automobile factory in order to meet the end-customer demand,in consideration of the preliminary planning stages of the line will be more flexible and intelligent.For SYL,such intelligence equipment manufacturing enterprises is a challenge.Actually,the traditional small and medium private enterprises in the survival stage,for the whole of the strategic thinking and strategic directions not very clear.We hope that,through detailed analysis of the internal and external,find and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,enterprises own feature clear out a complete set of interests of the enterprise's long-term development strategy to help enterprises adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition environment and better respond to the national "intelligent manufacturing","industrial 4.0" development strategy.Based on the development background of intelligent equipment industry,this paper first explains the significance of the research,and summarizes the theories and literatures about the development strategy of the Company,and establishes the theoretical basis of the research.Then,use "PEST" model and "The Five-Force" model analyze the macro-environment and the competitive environment of intelligent equipment manufacturing industry.At the same time,the "EFE" matrix and "IFE" matrix are used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of the company."SWOT" analysis and "Strategic Status and Action Evaluation Matri" were used to analyze and select the SYL corporate strategy,so as to determine the company's vision,mission,positioning and strategic objectives.Finally,in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy,from the production and management,scientific and technological innovation,marketing,human resources,financial management and other five aspects to establish and improve the strategic support system,and quickly occupy a larger market share,to achieve higher profitability goals.
