In the face of fierce competition environment of domestic brand robot education,the ZOOM Robot has no advantage in popularity,price and market share,and so on.Based on the analysis of the internal environment,external environment,competitive environment and the factors affecting the consumption environment,we need to find a new target market,develop new and effective brand marketing mix strategies,and develop action plans,evaluation indicators and methods.We hope that this research and analysis can help to enhance the brand marketing and market share of ZOOM Robot,and to cope with the rapid development of the company's footsteps.This thesis describes the connotation of brand marketing and related theory,and analyzes the brand marketing strategy of robot education.This thesis analyzes and evaluates the most popular brand marketing environment of PEST,and makes a SWOT analysis of the brand marketing of ZOOM Robot.The acceptance of brand marketing of ZOOM Robot is investigated and the formulation and implementation of ZOOM Robot brand marketing strategy is carried out.The implementation aspects include the traditional 4P+3Ps marketing strategy,the use of management mix,the new 4P marketing strategy management in the implementation of bottlenecks and corresponding solutions.
