In recent years,with the development of society,the full release of the two-child policy and the escalation of education consumption,the demand for child education from new generations of parents after 80 and 90 has also shifted from the original "nursing care" to the "professional systems"."transition.With the implementation of the new "Promotion of Private Education Promotion Law," the government actively encourages social forces to join the early childhood education industry.All kinds of goodness bring more oppor-tunities for the development of early childhood education industry.In the era of economic globalization,how to achieve competitive advantage in the fierce market competition and stand out among many preschool education brands has become a problem that must be solved by preschool education enterprises.This article takes H Group as an example to study the issue of marketing strategies in early childhood education.The author reviews a large number of domestic and foreign literature and related theories,and has accumulated rich reference materials for the writ-ing of the thesis.The paper uses PEST theory and Porter's five force model to systemati-cally analyze the marketing environment such as the macro environment,industry com-petition environment and micro environment.Use the SWOT analysis model to identify the threats and attractive opportunities facing the company,and provide suggestions to match the company's strengths with opportunities to minimize threats.Through the STP analysis,the preschool education target market is subdivided,and the market segments that the Group H enters are proposed.Determine the high-end target market,and further determine the market positioning of H Group through the differentiation strategy in the high-end target market.Establish a customer-oriented marketing strategy system.As a service industry,the early childhood education industry is based on the 7Ps theory of service marketing,which is based on the 4Ps marketing combination strategy.It has added"staff strategy","tangible display strategy" and "process measurement strategy" to for-mulate suitable H group preschool education.Market's marketing mix strategy program.Finally,this paper presents the implementation steps and safeguards of the H Group mar-keting program to ensure the implementation of the marketing mix strategy.This article uses service marketing 7Ps theory to develop a series of marketing mix strat-egies for enterprises.It is hoped that through the research and discussion on the marketing strategy of H Group's preschool education,it will play a certain practical guiding role and theoretical reference value for other enterprises in the preschool education industry.
