In the early beginning of development,the private-sector manufacture processing enterprises was used in Family-Control Model as enterprise management.The owner of the enterprises was regarded as the head of the family,the employees especially in the key positions of companies were the close relatives of the owner.The powerful ability of the owner created the cost-effective and highly-efficient competitiveness during the start-up period through trust mechanism by blood relations and simple organization structure to develop rapidly and become stronger in face up to the frequent change of the market.However,along with continuous expanding of enterprise scope,Family-Control Model hasn't met the demand of enterprise development any more.Hence,it is significant to seek normalized management method to be effective for enterprise development in the future.One of critical parts of enterprise management is human resources management,among of which,the impact of the incentive mechanism is obviously important as the core content.The goal of the research is to establish the multi-incentive mechanisms based as the salary-benefit administration suitable for the transitional period of the enterprises through action learning method.For instance,the executive of "R-Printing"Companyconsiderfactors of the strategy goal,current situation and problems in the salary-benefit administration method,then to setup a series of incentive mechanisms at the core of salary-benefit administration according to different positions and levels of employees.First of all,introduction of action learning helps to work together to find the route of problems and advise the solutions against them.Secondly,during the solution implementation,"R-Printing"Company carry out the standardized manufacture and improve the production data collection to obtain the KPI data.Performance Appraisal is conducted towards every employee through all aspects combining the working attitude and typical cases.This will bring about healthy competition as it is transparent and open to public.Development of enterprise culture facilitates the reputation of all employees and creates the perfect environment to attract,keep and trust the talents in the enterprise.This article takes advantages of the latest studyachievement from domestically and internationally by researching the libraries and internet documentation resources.We utilize the method of action learning,current theories and actual situation of the enterprise to generate a feasible and practical plan.At the same time,we collect the data in demand and conduct the actual analysis within the enterprise to provide the reliable data evidence for the research.The reference value of this article is that:1.to seek the weakness of enterprise in the transition period and advise the effective reform measures;2.to prove the important effluence of action learning in this research;3.to create a practical incentive mechanism for"R-Printing" Company;4,to be useful for other private-sector enterprises.
