With the development and application of large data,cloud computing,Internet of Things and other information technologies,manufacturing industry is facing a new round of intelligent manufacturing transformation.Intelligent manufacturing transformation is not only the updating of intelligent equipment and workshops in the physical level of enterprises,but also the reengineering of business processes in order to conform to the new production mode.The topic of this paper comes from the innovation method project of the Ministry of Science and Technology(Grant No: 2016IM0300).Based on the actual situation of a laser equipment manufacturing enterprise and the background of its implementation of intelligent manufacturing,a business process reengineering(BPR)model is constructed on the basis of the analysis of its business process,focusing on the R&D business process and production and operation business process of the enterprise.Business process reengineering.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1)Summarize the framework of intelligent manufacturing system and the content of business process reengineering theory: Compare and analyze the architecture of intelligent manufacturing system in Germany,China and the United States,point out the importance of product life cycle dimension;comb the defin ition,basic principles,implementation stage,reengineering methods and other auxiliary methods of BPR.2)Based on the analysis of enterprise core business and its operation problems,a BPR model is constructed,which divides BPR activities into six stag es,including strategic decision-making,current process sorting,problem collection,problem analysis,process reengineering and continuous improvement.In the BPR model,we introduce the applicable innovative methods to standardize BPR activities and imp rove BPR efficiency at the same time: using enterprise value chain model to determine the core business processes of enterprises,using flow chart to sort out the original business processes of enterprises,using Fishbone Diagram to sort out the existing p roblems,using value-added activity analysis method to analyze the value-added activities of each link of the process,using systematization.Business process reengineering(BPR)and new design methods.3)According to the business process of enterprise R&D,based on the constructed BPR model,the process reengineering is carried out from the two processes of customized product R&D and R&D change management,and the business process reengineering scheme is put forward.Through BPR activities,problems such as design process management,knowledge management and project management are solved,30% of non-R&D design workload of R&D department is reduced,R&D cycle is shortened,and the production of sluggish materials is reduced.4)BPR is carried out for the three processes of production planning business,procurement business and production process management business in the process of enterprise production and operation,and a business process reengineering scheme is put forward.Through BPR activities,communication within and between departments is simplified,visual management of production site is made,and delivery time of equipment is shortened.Taking delivery time of P6018D-A model as an example,delivery time is reduced from 66 days to 45 days.Through the new supplier management mode and quality inspection mode,the supplier's supply level is improved,and the procurement quality and quality inspection efficiency of D enterprise are improved.
