With China's accession to WTO, the financial sector is gradually opening up as promised.As China's major commercial banks, financial institutions, how to meet the challenges ofaccession to WTO has become a growing concern. Drawing on the basis of the advancedexperience of foreign banks, domestic banks have put in network transformation strategy.Dongying Branch of Agricultural Bank of China in transition and functions of the grassrootsnetwork construction is the spirit of "customer-centric" principle, from the perspective of services marketing, combined with network of business scope and customer base, the newdesign ideas, layout, methods and technical means and reasonable allocation of staff, channelsand resources to fully tap the network's core values, and built to meet the financial needs ofcustomers a variety of uses to provide differentiated services to and consistent with the otherchannels to experience full-featured financial services network, to achieve the past, "tradingaccount type" network to the"Marketing Service-type"network transformation, so that thefull realization of"network classification, customer segmentation, functional area, businessstreaming, customer segmentation, product distribution", enhance the business network,integrated services and marketing capabilities.In this paper, bank outlets transformation, process reengineering and other relatedtheories, based on the domestic and foreign commercial banks in the reference networktransformation and function building on best practices, combined with Agricultural Bank ofChina branch of the grass-roots network of Dongying business status, in-depth analysis of the Agricultural Bank of China, Dongying pm OK the grass-roots network problems, causes, in atargeted manner to build a set of Dongying Agricultural Bank of China branch of thegrass-roots networks and functional transformation of the construction of ideas, programs andimplementation.
